- Nonprofit Buys Antelope Multifamily for $8M
Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, a nonprofit group, purchased the multifamily building at 3930 Tarmigan Drive in Antelope, CA, from Tarmigan Terrace Ltd. for nearly $8.13 million or $72,545 per unit. The property was built in 1996 and consists of several buildings totaling 220,186 square feet on about 6.8 acres. Marc Ross and Will Blucher of CBRE represented the seller.
